Mirakl is the software behind the marketplaces of many large retailers. On 16 April 2026 the company invited the industry to the Bergson Kunstkraftwerk in Munich - with Adrien Nussenbaum, co-CEO of Mirakl, on stage and executives from Decathlon, Douglas, Conrad and Autodoc. Spreat sponsored the summit.

The big theme of the day was agentic commerce: what happens when it is no longer people who search and compare, but software doing it for them.

The idea is old, the place is new

Online, a marketplace has worked on one simple rule for twenty years: the retailer shows goods it does not own, does not sell them on its own account, and earns a commission. That is why Decathlon has an online assortment no buying budget in the world could finance.

In physical retail this is still rare. Yet the shop floor asks the same question: why does a store have to buy everything it shows? That is exactly where Spreat works - same principle, with a till instead of a basket.
