What partners want to know.

You bring technology, assortment or logistics and want to know where Spreat plugs in: what the integration asks of you, what it costs and what changes in your business. What applies to your kind of partnership is on the partner page itself.

Which partners is this meant for?

For three docking points onto the same marketplace: POS systems bring the sale, wholesale platforms the assortment, wholesalers the goods. If you find yourself in none of them but still see a point of contact - write to us, the list is not closed.

Are we a customer or a partner to you?

A partner. Spreat sells you nothing - we bring together what you already have: you have the technology, the assortment or the logistics, we have the model and the retail space. What that means in a given case we settle in a call, not through a price list.

Are you after our existing customers?

No. Your customers stay yours. We bring them an assortment they can carry without buying it; the selling runs on the technology they have from you. Spreat sits between brand and store, not between you and your customer.

What changes for our existing customers?

Nothing about what you do with them today. Spreat comes on top as an additional route: goods stand in the store without anyone buying them first. Your buying and terms business carries on alongside it - both models stand side by side.

Who makes sure brands are on the shop floor?

That is our side of the work. Brands register in the Brandpool, put in their products and find the stores that suit them there. You have nobody to prospect for something to happen on the floor.

Who owns the goods standing in the store?

The brand, until a customer pays for them at the till. The store ties up no capital, carries no write-off risk and gets no incoming invoice. There is no minimum term: unsold goods can go back at any time, and the store carries the return costs.

How does settlement work?

Through Spreat, automatically. When the store sells a product, the proceeds are split between store and brand according to the agreed commission; Spreat keeps 5% per sale. Receipts and payout come about by themselves - nobody writes invoices by hand.

How quickly can a store get going?

In days, not months - because nothing is bought and no listing process comes first. In the Rhede pop-up store the first goods were on the floor ten days before opening. The Spreatkasse stands on its own by design for exactly that reason: a store can start without waiting for an IT project.

How does a partnership start?

With a call in which we look at your specific case - which systems are in play, which stores you look after, what you expect from it. Out of that comes a proposal, not a standard package.
