In its Fintech-World section, BANKINGCLUB regularly features companies working at the intersection of retail and the financial system. In April 2026 it was co-founder Mattis Klöpper's turn.

Thorsten Hahn, managing director of BANKINGCLUB, frames the model in the piece as a possible answer to inventory and capital risk, and at the same time names the open question: whether enough retailers and brands will join in for a network to emerge.
